Welcome to our new web site - we have started this company, because we hope to help you, your family, and your friends, to turn your dreams into real estate. We, Jeff and Vicki Carroll, have been practicing real estate here in Oregon for a while - Jeff for more than 30, and Vicki for 18 years. We have been partners for about six years, and have been married for nearly five. We have sold properties ranging from manufactured homes to farms, and have enjoyed it all. We both enjoy helping make what can be a daunting process into an understandable, and even enjoyable one. We have the ability, because Jeff has a contractor's license, to consult with you and to help you to decide whether it is more advantageous to sell your residence, or to add on or remodel it to customize it for your needs. If you decide that remodeling or adding on is the better course of action, Jeff will be happy to give you a bid for the work you are contemplating.
If you own dividable property, we can also help you to understand the process of development, and to decide whether marketing your property for development, or developing it yourself is a project you want to undertake. Jeff has successfully developed a number of projects over the years, and has also built and remodeled homes. He has a unique understanding of the process, compared with other agents, because he has been through it personally.
Vicki has a background in teaching, and in computer applications, and is able to help you to arrive at a competitive price for your home, or to filter the many properties available to find homes which will include one which is perfect for you.

We want to obtain the best results for you, whether you are selling property or seeking it, and will ask you the questions necessary to obtain those results for you.
